How to Apply for a PAN Card Online

Permanent Account Number (PAN) is a ten-digit alphanumeric number, issued in the form of a laminated card, by the Income Tax Department. PAN is a must for creating your paypal account. Anyone can apply for a PAN card, whether they are working or not. There is no restriction on age, region or nationality. You can submit an application for an underage minor and even on behalf of a newborn. Applications must be signed by a legal parent or guardian. A typical PAN number looks like AFZPK7190K.

Application for fresh allotment of PAN can be made through Internet. The charges for applying for PAN online is Rs. 96. Payment of application fee can be made through check, demand draft, credit/debit card or net-banking. Once the application and payment is accepted you will see a acknowledgement, you are required to send a proof of Identity & Address along with the acknowledgement to NSDL/UTITSL through courier/post. After they receive your documents, PAN card will be sent to your home.

Follow the steps below to apply for PAN card online:

Go to https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/
Click "New PAN for Indian citizens" and select "Online Application for New PAN".
Scroll down to the bottom of the page & select "Individual" as the category of applicant.
Fill all the fields which are marked with an asterisk. (Detailed instructions).
To fill area, range code, AO type and number click the Non-International Taxation AO details. Search your city by selecting the correct alphabet & click your city. Now comes the hard part. Read the description and try to find the correct circle for your region. If you're unable to find it or if no description is available, you'll have to take help from your friend/relative who lives in your area and has a pan card. Go to this link and submit your parents/friend's PAN number. You'll get his/hers AO details. Enter the same information in your form.

Once the application is submitted, you will be shown an acknowledgement page, which will have an Acknowledgement Number along with a summary of your details. It will also list the mode of payment and the documents to be submitted as address and identity proof, as chosen by you. You need to take a print-out of this acknowledgement page and affix a recent Passport-size photograph and sign in the box below using a black pen only. Please retain a copy of the acknowledgement for your reference.

Finally, The acknowledgment duly signed, affixed with photograph along with Demand Draft, if any, and proof of identity & proof of address should be sent to the address given on the acknowledgement page. You may send the documents to NSDL via courier, speed post, etc. Note that the documents must reach them within 15 days from the online application. The PAN card will arrive at your house in about two weeks.

If you're unable to apply for PAN using this method, you can try this website (eMudhra). But they charge Rs.200 (about Rs.100 more than doing it on the NSDL website). The only advantage is that, you don't have to fill the AO details.

How to Join?

Click here and then click register.
Fill the required details.
In Alertpay/Paypal email, enter your same email ID again and click continue.
Now, check your email inbox for validation code and copy-paste it in the registration form.
(If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder.)
Enter the verification code and click finish registration.

How to Earn Money?

There are 3 ways to earn money from neobux :

Rent referrals from neobux.

Use the money earned from ad clicks to rent referrals.
This is the most popular method used by members to increase their earnings.
To rent referrals, click your username and then click referrals.

How will I receive payments?

After earning money on neobux, you can transfer it to your bank account using alertpay or paypal. Neobux will send your earnings to your alertpay/paypal account first, from there you can transfer the money to your bank. If you don't have alertpay/pp account, you can create it easily by going to alertpay.com (or)paypal.com. It is absolutely free. Install AdAlert

In neobux, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click AdAlert.
Select your browser and install the addon.
Now you will receive a notification when new ads are available.
Click the neobux icon to see the new ads.

Enable sound notification

After logging into neobux, click personal on the left menu.
Scroll down to adalert settings and choose any sound for new advertisements.
Enter your password in the password confirmation and click save changes.

1-> Open an account in ICICI Bank Or DENA bank & use there VISA Debit Card directly with PayPal.

ALERT;
NOV 11TH 2013; SOME USERS CLAIM THAT NOW DENA BANKS VISA DEBIT CARD IS NOT PROPERLY WORKING WITH PAYPAL.

2-> Create a Virtual Credit Card (VCC).
Here is a list of VCC's that can be used in PayPal.

(i) Entropay.(

(ii) HDFC Bank's NetSafe Cards.
(iii)ICICI Bank's VCC.
- It can be only used if you own a valid ICICI Bank's Credit Card.
(iv) Kotak Mahindra Bank's NetCard.
(v) Axis Bank's Eshop Cards. (Stopped Supporting)
Currently Axis Bank stops supporting PayPal payments through there Eshop Cards.

Please note that most of the VCC's (Except Entropay) are single time use cards which only has a maximum validity of 24-48 hrs. If you use that cards once before expiry time you cannot use the same for the second time.
Also please note that its not safe to use one time use cards in PayPal, because every time you want to transfer money through PayPal you have to generate new VCC & you have to add that card in PayPal for proceeding with transaction & PayPal will limit your account for adding more number of credit cards to it.

Dear Friends,
So many people have doubt that the Axis Bank Debit Cards also works with PayPal.
Its a false information.
We can only use Axis bank Debit Cards for the verification of PayPal account.
That means Axis Banks Debit Card can be successfully added to PayPal and you can confirm it too. But when you try to pay someone or purchase something, your transactions will be declined....
